Type 3233 - Manually operated 2 way Diaphragm Valve

Type 3233 - manually-operated diaphragm valve in compact form consists of a flow-optimized cast stainless steel body with various surface finishes, a diaphragm and a manual actuator. The material combinations are selectable. The diaphragm is both a switch element and a sealing element to the outside. The valves have no dead volume and can be mounted to be self-draining. The valves are autoclavable. Quality certifications FDA.

Type 8745 - Mass Flow Controller (MFC) / Mass Flow Meter (MFM) for gases

Type 8745 - the device can be used as a mass flow controller or as a mass flow meter to control the mass flow over a big flow range. Calibration for four different gases is available. The thermal MEMS sensor is located directly in the gas stream and therefore reaches very fast response times. A direct-acting proportional valve guarantees a high sensitivity and integrated PI controller ensures outstanding control characteristics of the MFC.

Type 8756 - Mass Flow Controller (MFC) / Mass Flow Meter (MFM) for liquids

The device is particularly suitable for the very precise measurement or control of small quantities of liquid that also require a medium-separated sensor. The measuring principle of the sensor is based on the Coriolis effect.

The device is available as a mass flow meter variant or mass flow controller variant, which uses a very precise micro annular gear pump. The pump is self-priming and the space in contact with the medium is sealed hermetically.

It offers a very large control range and generates extremely low pulsations. The MFC variant is used as a dosing system for liquids that need to be conveyed from an unpressurised container. In addition to the flow rate, the density and temperature of the liquid are measured.

The device design enables a stable flow measurement that is immune to external influences and does not require a zero-point adjustment when the process conditions change.

The device is suitable for numerous liquids, including aggressive liquids.
